Wood and coal-fired cooking range, with a perimeter rail, a hob with two burners and three roasting ovens with trays. Manufactured between 1942 and 1945 by the Bilbao-based foundry Sagardui-Hijos (1845). Popularly known as a “chapa”, it was in use at Restaurante Víctor in Plaza Nueva (Bilbao) until 1998.
