The Basque Museum works to guarantee an accessible, inclusive, and comfortable experience for all people.

The Museum has specific measures and services aimed at facilitating access, visits, and participation for visitors requiring additional support. From special admission arrangements and support resources to adapted facilities, a range of measures are provided to ensure an equitable visitor experience.

  • Admission tickets and priority access

    Admission to the Museum is free for those with disabilities and their companion. Documentation proving a disability is required.

    They also have priority access (no queues) at the Museum entrance.

  • Audio guides

    The audio guide service is free for those who so require as an accessibility adaptation. Available in Basque, Spanish, English, and French. General price: €5.

  • Accessible tours

    The Museum offers guided tours at a reduced price for groups of people with disabilities or in situations of social exclusion. These tours must be booked in advance.

  • Wheelchairs

    For the convenience of those who need a wheelchair, we have a free wheelchair loan service. Request wheelchairs at the information point (limited availability).
