From special admission arrangements and support resources to adapted facilities, a range of measures are provided to ensure an equitable visitor experience.
Admission to the Museum is free for those with disabilities and their companion. Documentation proving a disability is required.
They also have priority access (no queues) at the Museum entrance.
The audio guide service is free for those who so require as an accessibility adaptation. Available in Basque, Spanish, English, and French. General price: €5.
The Museum offers guided tours at a reduced price for groups of people with disabilities or in situations of social exclusion. These tours must be booked in advance.
For the convenience of those who need a wheelchair, we have a free wheelchair loan service. Request wheelchairs at the information point (limited availability).
