Kaiku (Basque jacket) 

A traditional warm garment usually made of a plain or checked pattern in red, blue or green alternating with black and edged with braiding. They were often padded and lined. Used both on the coast and inland. This example served as a model for the drawings by the artist Alberto Arrue.
