Santiaguito confectionery scales

A large set of scales consisting of two arms, each with a swivel hook, and a weighing pan fitted with a suspension ring for hanging. Used to weigh sacks of cocoa, sugar and spices at the historic Santiaguito confectionery store (Bilbao), founded in the 18th century and famous for its marshmallow sweets.
