An ovoid vessel with a dome-shaped lid and a baluster-shaped handle, two symmetrical handles attached from the rim to the body, and the coat of arms of the Bilbao Consulate chiselled on the body. Used as a ballot box for the election of consular officials such as priors, consuls and chaplains.
